Male or female, absolute beginner to advanced practitioner,

all are welcome!

Group Lesson Times:

Adults (over 18)    7pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 1pm Saturday

Juniors    6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 12pm Saturday

Please note: Juniors MUST always be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian for their first lesson.
